Lester B. Knight is the Co-Founder of Knight Impact Partners. Lester is also the founding partner of RoundTable Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm established in 2001. Before founding RoundTable, Lester served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Allegiance Corporation. He has been non-executive Chairman of Aon Corporation since 2008, following nearly a decade on its board. Lester is a life director of Northwestern University, Endeavor Healthcare Systems, and Junior Achievement of Chicago, and serves on the board of the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in business from Cornell University. Lester provides strategic guidance and supports organizational decision-making, helping shape KIP’s partnerships and goals.
