Becky Knight

Becky Knight is the Founder and Executive Chair of Knight Impact Partners. She drives the organization’s strategy and decision-making, drawing on a background rooted in problem-solving and human-centered work. Becky began her career as a journalist and communications professional after earning bachelor’s degrees in human ecology and journalism from the University of Missouri. She later completed a master’s degree in social service administration from the University of Chicago and worked as a social worker before founding Knight Impact Partners. She also previously served on the Board of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. As Executive Chair, Becky leads KIP’s approach to practical, results-driven action that supports leaders and organizations creating meaningful change in their communities.
